What attorney review includes
A licensed Texas attorney with The Craighead Law Firm, PLLC reads your answers and every document in your order, checks that each one does what you said you want, and flags anything that could cause problems, such as a gift that could fail, a guardian or agent who needs an alternate, or a power you may not have meant to give. If something needs to change, the attorney will message you through your account, and can make the change for you.
Attorney review is a limited-scope engagement about the documents in your order. It does not include other estate-planning documents, tax planning, or probate. If your situation needs more, the attorney will tell you.
